1. Acceptance
By accessing frozenveil.ca or purchasing from FROZENVEIL Scent Co. ("FROZENVEIL," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Products
Each fragrance is an inspiration of luxury creations, composed with our own vision. Colour, concentration, and sillage may vary slightly between batches, as is the nature of small-batch perfumery. Bottles are sealed by hand.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in CAD unless noted and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from within Canada. Delivery times are estimates; FROZENVEIL is not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened, used, or damaged bottles are not eligible. Bespoke commissions are final sale.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, imagery, compositions, and branding — is the property of FROZENVEIL Scent Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
FROZENVEIL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always patch-test fragrance on a small area of skin before wider use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which FROZENVEIL operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
